Audio (connection) cuts out during music playback

Cause:External interference affecting connection stability
Bluetooth and the ultra-low-latency USB transceiver communicate using the 2.4GHz band which might be interefered by other wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, etc. Moreover, the connection is sensitive against liquid where humidity, rain, or even the size of head could cause disruption to the connection. The specifications of the device to be connected could cause variation too. For that reason, reducing the distance between devices or switching OFF unused Wi-Fi/Bluetooth of surrounding devices may improve the connection.

Boom microphone cannot be used

・Cause1:The boom microphone is not lowered to its lowest position
Lower the boom microphone to its lowest position and unmute it.

・Cause2:The microphone input in the application is muted, or another input device is selected
Unmute the microphone input in the application, or ensure no other input device is selected.

・Cause3:An input device other than ‘VR3000 EX - Game’ is selected
When using the ultra-low latency USB transceiver, select ‘VR3000 EX - Game’ as the input device.
