Troubleshooting: When You Think, “Is It Broken?”
・Cause1:(Immediately after purchase) Battery level is low
For safety during international transport, the built-in battery cannot be fully charged at shipment due to IATA regulations.
As a result, the battery level may be below the required operating voltage when the package is opened.
Please fully charge the headphones before use.
For charging instructions, refer to the section above titled “Charging the Headphones”.
・Cause2:Power button has not been pressed long enough
Press and hold the power button until the headphones turn ON.
For details, refer to “Turning ON the Power”.
Cause:Output of the USB adapter being used is low
When using a USB port on a PC or similar device, the output may be insufficient, causing charging to take longer than expected.
Please use a USB adapter capable of 5V / 1A or higher.
Cause:Power button has not been pressed long enough
Press and hold the power button until the headphones turn OFF.
For details, refer to “Turning OFF the Power”.
・Cause1:Headphones are not in pairing mode
Performing a reset may resolve the issue. For details, refer to “Performing Factory Reset ”.
・Cause2:Automatically reconnecting to a previously paired device
Press the stick button five times to disconnect the current device and force the headphones into pairing mode. Then perform pairing again.
・Cause3:A wired connection cable is attached
If a cable is inserted into the 3.5mm audio jack, the headphones cannot enter pairing mode.
Remove the cable from the jack.
If no previously paired device exists, the headphones will enter pairing mode automatically.
Cause:External interference affecting connection stability
Bluetooth communicates using the 2.4GHz band which might be interefered by other wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, etc.
Moreover, the connection is sensitive against liquid where humidity, rain, or even the size of head could cause disruption to the connection. The specifications of the device to be connected could cause variation too. For that reason, reducing the distance between devices or switching OFF unused Wi-Fi/Bluetooth of surrounding devices may improve the connection.
・Cause:3.5mm stereo cable is connected
The microphone cannot be used while the 3.5mm stereo cable is connected.
To use the microphone, remove the cable and use Bluetooth mode.
Cause:A 4-pole plug is connected
A 4-pole plug does not activate wired mode.
Please use a 3-pole 3.5mm stereo cable (the included cable is recommended).
