・The MMCX connectors of this product are designed with extremely high precision, making them very tight. The connection terminals are not intended for frequent connecting and disconnecting. Repeated detachment may cause terminal wear or damage, resulting in poor contact. Please avoid detaching the earphone cable except when replacing it due to a cable break.

・When disconnecting the earphone cable, please carefully watch the guide video at the bottom of the page, “How to Detach the Cable”, and proceed with caution. The process involves delicate steps as well as some forceful actions. Perform this on a stable surface, such as a well-organized desk. If you are unsure, please contact our Support Center.

・When disconnecting the earphone cable, do not pull on the cable. Always use the included MMCX Guide Plate and MMCX ASSIST.

・When connecting, always use the included housing protection tape and silicone sheet.

・To prevent damage to the connection terminals, insert and remove them straight.

・If excessive wear or damage is found on the connection terminals, it will not be covered under warranty, even within the warranty period.

・Two types of eartips, “FUSION-G” and “TYPE E,” are included. Please use them according to your preference.

＜FUSION-G＞
These eartips feature a triple hybrid structure combining ultra-dense foam, soft silicone, and high-elasticity silicone, achieving both excellent noise isolation and a comfortable fit without pressure.
The shaft color alternates between dark gray and light gray for adjacent sizes, making it easier to identify the size. Since foam material is used, please review the following precautions before use.

・Insert the eartips into your ears in their natural shape without compressing them with your fingers.

・Do not allow alcohol or other liquids to come into contact with the eartips, as this may cause premature deterioration.

・If they become wet, remove excess moisture and ensure they are completely dry before use or storage.

・If they become dirty, avoid washing with water or using wet wipes; gently wipe them with a clean, dry cloth.

・To prevent damage, handle the eartips carefully without pulling or compressing them. Avoid rubbing or contact with sharp objects or adhesive tape. Do not leave them under pressure for extended periods, as they may deform and not return to their original shape.

・Regardless of usage or storage conditions, the eartips naturally deteriorate over time. When deterioration occurs, their original performance may no longer function properly. Replace with new eartips promptly; a replacement is recommended every 3 months.

＜TYPE E＞
These eartips use two types of silicone with different hardness for the sound tube portion and the part that touches the ear, achieving both strength and flexibility.To make it easier to distinguish left from right, the shaft colors are different: one side is gray and the other is red.(*1) By slightly lifting the eartip to check the shaft color, it is easier to identify left and right even in dim lighting. Furthermore, the shaft colors alternate between adjacent sizes (gray shafts alternate between dark gray and light gray, red shafts alternate between red and pink), making it easier to identify the size.(*2)

It can be freely shaped like origami and serves as an ideal display accessory for your earphones.

・Please take safety precautions and gently remove any build-up from the dust filter by using a cotton swab.

・After use, gently wipe off any dirt, such as sebum, with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use polishing cloths containing abrasives, wet wipes, or any materials containing alcohol.

・The earphone cable may react with various chemicals, especially sebum, and may harden. After using the product, wipe the cable with a soft cloth slightly moistened with water. To prevent hardening, avoid using wet wipes containing alcohol. Even non-alcohol wet wipes may contain various additives, so their use is also not recommended.

The product is shipped with the dust filter already installed, so there is no need for you to attach it when first opening the package. After using the product for a while, replace the dust filter with the included spare when it becomes dirty.

1. Use tweezers or similar tools to remove the old dust filter.
2. Peel the dust filter from the sheet.
3. Place the dust filter concentrically on the housing.
4. Press the adhesive area with the maintenance tool to attach it.

※Replace both left and right filters at the same time to maintain consistent quality.

The warranty for this product is valid for 2 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair the product based on the provisions below. The warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. Regarding questions pertaining to repairs, please contact the store you purchased the product from.
1. During the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge if the product failed even though it was used in accordance with the instructions in the user's manual and the point of caution sections.
2. In the following cases, repairs to the product will be subject to a fee even during the warranty period:
(1) Original purchase receipt or other documentation showing the date of purchase are failed to be presented.
(2) The product is identified to be modified, disassembled, or repaired by a third party or customer other than our company or our authorized organizations.
(3)The earphones were subjected to a strong impact or were allowed to get wet. Product failure resulting from an excessive use of force on the product.
(4) Failure due to fire, earthquake, wind, flood, lightning, or other acts of God, human error, theft, or virus and malware infection.
(5) Repair of scratches on the surface of the housing or repair of the housing itself.
3. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition on this product.
Nor shall recovery of any kind against us be greater than the original purchase price of the product from us or an our authorized dealer.
