The sound quality of balanced armature drivers (hereinafter referred to as BA) varies greatly depending on how they are fixed. When assembling with conventional adhesives, there are variations in the fixed position of the BA driver, and even the slightest difference can affect the sound quality.
The S3000 uses an O-ring and packing, and by pushing the rear parts in from the back and tightening screws, the driver is always fixed with force applied from the rear to the front. This continues to hold the BA in place while creating a strong seal and minimizing manufacturing tolerances.
In addition, a resistor is connected in series to the BA driver, and a filter is used in the vent (opening hole for producing bass sounds) on the back for unique tuning.
Furthermore, the sound pipe is equipped with a newly developed "funnel nozzle". The shape of the nozzle (sound conduit) is a funnel shape that widens toward the outside, appropriately suppressing high frequency attenuation. As a result, in addition to smooth treble that is sufficiently extended but does not sting, we also achieve bass that is both clear and has the necessary volume.

By tilting the angle of the joint between the housing and cable connector slightly inward, the cable fits more easily to the body and touch noise is further reduced.

Two types of silicone materials with different hardness are used for the sound conduit part and the part that touches the ear, and the sound conduit part is made of silicone that is harder than the part that touches the ear, and is grooved to achieve both strength and flexibility. The parts that come into contact with the ears are made of soft silicone, making them comfortable to wear and providing high sound insulation.
By making the shaft color gray on one side and red on the other, you can easily tell the left and right sides apart even in dimly lit places by flipping the earpiece slightly and checking the color of the earpiece shaft. Furthermore, the colors of the shafts of adjacent sizes are different (the gray shaft is alternately dark gray and light gray, and the red shaft is alternately red and pink), making it easier to distinguish between sizes. High purity OFC cable included

High-purity OFC is used for the wire, and the covering material is soft and flexible, making it easy to handle. When using the ear hook, it bends flexibly and provides a comfortable fit. The 2PIN connector is a high-precision product developed in-house and uses the φ0.78 standard, which is considered the most versatile.

Repairable construction for long-term use

Typical earphones have many parts fixed with adhesive, making them difficult to disassemble and repair, and in the event of a malfunction, the product often needs to be replaced. The S3000 can be disassembled using special tools, and is designed for long-term use.
