Sales Price

Prices for each product are listed per product (including consumption tax). In addition to the product price, shipping fees, cash on delivery fees (in case of payment by cash on delivery), and payment handling fees will be incurred. The fee details are as follows.

○Shipping Fee

If the total amount of your order is 10,000 yen (tax included) or more, we will deliver it free of charge.
If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen, the following delivery fee will be incurred.

In case of using Sagawa Express's "Home Delivery"	780 yen
In case of using Japan Post's "Click Post"	200 yen

※"Click Post" can be used when purchasing E500, Ear Peace, Ear F**k, Tuning Sheet Set, Silicon Case by Shilicon, Steel Case by Shilicon, Make Tuning Parts, MMCX ASSIST.

※Delivery by "Click Post" will be a mail delivery to the postal receiver of the delivery destination.
※The payment method when using "Click Post" is only credit card settlement, and cash on delivery cannot be used.

○Cash on Delivery Fee

We use Sagawa Financial's "e-collect". Please pay the cash to the delivery person in exchange for the product upon delivery.

※If you choose "Click Post" as the delivery method, you cannot use it.
※It cannot be used for trial machine lending.

※Depending on the purchase amount, the following cash on delivery fee will be separately incurred.
※Due to system-related reasons, even if the purchase amount exceeds 500,001 yen, the cash on delivery fee is displayed as 2,200 yen, but the following amount will actually occur. Please be aware in advance.
※The maximum amount for cash on delivery purchases is 5,000,000 yen (tax included).

○Paidy Usage Fee

We issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month after the monthly billing confirmation is closed at the end of the month, and we will inform you via E-mail/SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.
The payment date is up to the 10th for convenience store payment and bank transfer. For account transfer, it will be debited on the 12th*. However, in some cases, it may be the 20th* for January and May.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). In the case of convenience store payment, 356 yen (tax included), in the case of bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. In the case of account transfer, no payment fee will be incurred.

Payment deadline

For cash on delivery, payment is made upon receipt of the product. For credit cards, payment is settled at the time of order confirmation. For Paidy next month payment, please pay at the designated convenience store by the 10th of the following month of purchase. In the case of KOMOJU, bank account details will be provided in the order completion email, so please make the transfer according to the instructions.

About returns

We do not accept cancellations or changes to the order details after the order process is completed.
For items not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience after purchase, so please understand.

When ordering, please be sure to confirm the type, quantity, amount, payment method, and delivery address of the product before sending.
If the delivered product is different from the ordered product, if the quantity is different, or if it is damaged, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for a good item, and if it is not in stock, we will handle it with a refund (our company bears the transfer fee).
