On August 22, 2025, we announced that the release of our final flagship headphones, the A10000 and A10000 Collector’s Edition, would be postponed to late October 2025. However, as we approach the end of October, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver the products as originally planned, and we sincerely apologize for this delay.
In order to deliver the products simultaneously to customers around the world, we have been working diligently to optimize our production processes and increase manufacturing capacity.
As a result, we have now achieved stable production that meets final’s quality standards. Unfortunately, our current production volume has not yet reached the level we had anticipated.
While we understand that receiving the products as soon as possible is eagerly awaited, ensuring the high quality of the products must remain our top priority.
Therefore, we sincerely apologize once again that we are unable to conduct a global simultaneous shipment as initially planned. We will ship the completed products weekly, following the order in which orders were received in each country.
Starting October 31, 2025, the A10000 and A10000 Collector’s Edition will be shipped in the following order: Japan, Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other remaining countries.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured that final will continue to maintain its high-quality standards while making every effort to deliver the products to all customers as quickly as possible.

为了确保产品能够于那个时间点送达全球的每一位客户,我们一直在努力优化生产流程,并提升产能。这段时间里,我们在生产过程中已可以稳定的取得符合 final 品质标准的成果。但非常遗憾的是,目前产量仍未达到预期水平。我们深知,尽快将产品交到您手中是大家的期盼,但保证产品的高品质仍是我们最应该优先的承诺。
因此,我们再次对未能按原计划全球同步发货表示诚挚歉意。我们将遵循各国订单接收顺序,每周分批安排生产完成的耳机进行发货。自 2025年10月31日起,「A10000」及「A10000 Collector’s Edition」将依次向日本、中国大陆、台湾、香港以及其他国家地区发货。
