Results of new sound quality evaluation method

The development of the A series began by analyzing the relationship between sound quality and physical characteristics and establishing a new evaluation method, and the result was the flagship earphone "A10000." We listen to music recorded at various quality levels and at various volumes. However, with conventional evaluation methods, it is common to perform subjective evaluations under fixed conditions such as sound pressure, making it difficult to judge good sound based on actual product listening. The A2000 uses a new evaluation method based on actual music listening conditions to create the sound.

Equipped with in-house developed driver unit “f-Core DU”

We designed the driver parts such as the diaphragm, voice coil, magnet, magnetic circuit, adhesive for each part, and even the production equipment in-house, and developed the completely newly designed 6mmφ dynamic driver unit "f-Core DU". The material used for the driver front housing is brass, which has a high specific gravity and is less susceptible to magnetic forces than regular aluminum. In order to improve the time response performance of the diaphragm, we use 30μ ultra-fine CCAW for the voice coil and assemble it with a minimum amount of adhesive, completely reducing the weight of the moving parts. Furthermore, by carefully pressing the diaphragm in small batches, about 1/3 of the size of normal diaphragms, we minimized pressure deviations and achieved uniform diaphragm molding without distortion.

The A2000 is based on the housing design, which is the optimal IEM solution established through the development of the Bseries, to achieve an even better wearing experience. The feeling of pressure determines whether the earphones are comfortable to wear or not. At first glance, the method of holding the earpiece using the repulsive force of silicone, such as choosing an organic shape that emphasizes ergonomics, seems to be the right method, but it constantly puts pressure on the ear, which puts strain on the ear without you noticing, and fatigue accumulates. Compared to the organic, large surface that touches the ear, we aimed for a shape that limits the contact area to create a comfortable fit without any pressure.
The A2000's casing is held in place at three points for a stable fit. You will receive 3 points in total: 1 point from the pink part (ear pocket) in the image below, 1 point from the green part (earpiece), and 1 point from the blue part (tragus). Therefore, it fits most people's ears. If there was no feeling of pressure at all the contact points, you would feel that wearing the earphones would be so comfortable.It has an excellent fit that makes you feel like you are wearing customized earphones.

Textured finish that resists sebum and fingerprints

The surface of the main unit has a textured finish that is difficult to hydrolyze, so it is difficult to attract sebum and fingerprints, and there is no need to worry about dirt.

2PIN connector + original OFC cable

The connector is a high-precision product developed in-house. Adopts the φ0.78 standard, which is said to be the most versatile. The covering material is soft and flexible in consideration of touch noise, and the ear hook bends flexibly to ensure a comfortable fit.

Earpieces that provide optimal wearing comfort

Two types of silicone materials with different hardness are used for the sound conduit part and the part that touches the ear.
The sound conduit part is made of silicone, which is harder than the part that touches the ear, and is grooved to achieve both strength and flexibility.
The parts that touch the ears are made of soft silicone, providing a comfortable fit and high sound insulation. By alternating the color of the shaft with red and pink, it is easier to distinguish the size. Includes 5 sizes: SS/S/M/L/LL. You can choose according to your preference.
