1: Please apply for a free exchange through the "Internet reception form" or "dedicated call center."
2: We will deliver the return kit (return letter pack plus, fire-resistant bag) for the target product "TWS03R" via the courier specified by our company.
It will be shipped approximately 7 business days from reception.
3: Please put the earphone body (left and right) and charging case of the target product "TWS03R" in the enclosed fire-resistant bag, seal it in the letter pack plus, and return it to us.
※ Returning all three items (earphone body left and right, and charging case) is required. Only the earphone body is not eligible.
※ Packaging and accessories are not required.
