[Exchange procedure]

Customers who have the target product will be a great deal of trouble, but please use the procedure below to replace them with the following procedure.
1: Please apply for a free exchange for an alternative to the "Internet reception form" or the "dedicated call center".

2: The return kit (return letter pack plus, fire bag) of the target product "TWS03R" will be delivered by our designated courier.
We will ship about 7 business days from the reception.

3: Put the earphone body (left and right) and charging case of the target product "TWS03R" in the enclosed fireproof bag, enclose it in the letter pack plus, and return it.
* Return of three points of the earphone body (left and right) and charging case is required. Only the earphone body is not eligible.
* Packages and accessories are not required.
* Please note that the items sent cannot be returned.

4: After confirming the target product, we will ship the replacement.
