By integrating the diaphragm and the edge using injection molding, there is no need for adhesive itself, achieving a thorough weight reduction and uniform weight balance. Furthermore, "air wiring" is used for the coil drawer to reduce adhesive and maximize drive accuracy.
As a result, the distortion rate has been dramatically reduced as shown in the figure below. Especially the reproducibility in the low range below 200Hz is amazing. Generally, when using the earphone's ambient mode in a quiet environment such as a library, some people have complained that the sound of keyboards and footsteps can be distracting. A unique algorithm suppresses the emphasis on specific sounds, creating an ambient mode that can be used even in quiet environments.
Large parts such as the battery and circuit board are placed on the outside of the housing (the part that extends outside the ear), making the part that is inserted into the ear as small as possible. As a result, even people with small ears can wear it comfortably without feeling pressured. Furthermore, the earpieces are made of FUSION-G, which combines the flexibility of silicone and the sound insulation properties of foam. While maintaining high sound insulation performance, it is also comfortable to wear even after long periods of use.
