The development of the A series began by analyzing the relationship between sound quality and physical characteristics and establishing a new evaluation method, and the result was the flagship earphone "A10000."
We listen to music recorded at various quality levels and at various volumes. However, with conventional evaluation methods, it is common to perform subjective evaluations under fixed conditions such as sound pressure, making it difficult to judge good sound based on actual product listening. The A2000 uses a new evaluation method based on actual music listening conditions to create the sound.
We designed the driver parts such as the diaphragm, voice coil, magnet, magnetic circuit, adhesive for each part, and even the production equipment in-house, and developed the completely newly designed 6mmφ dynamic driver unit "f-Core DU". The material used for the driver front housing is brass, which has a high specific gravity and is less susceptible to magnetic forces than regular aluminum. In order to improve the time response performance of the diaphragm, we use 30μ ultra-fine CCAW for the voice coil and assemble it with a minimum amount of adhesive, completely reducing the weight of the moving parts. Furthermore, by carefully pressing the diaphragm in small batches, about 1/3 of the size of normal diaphragms, we minimized pressure deviations and achieved uniform diaphragm molding without distortion.

At first glance, the method of holding the earpiece using the repulsive force of silicone, such as choosing an organic shape that emphasizes ergonomics, seems to be the right method, but it constantly puts pressure on the ear, which puts strain on the ear without you noticing, and fatigue accumulates. Compared to the organic, large surface that touches the ear, we aimed for a shape that limits the contact area to create a comfortable fit without any pressure.
The surface of the main unit has a textured finish that is difficult to hydrolyze, so it is difficult to attract sebum and fingerprints, and there is no need to worry about dirt.
