FINAL Co., Ltd. is a Japanese brand of earphones and headphones in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

The main business was to manufacture and develop earphones and headphones in 2007.
In 2014, became independent of a US parent company.
The business structure gradually shifted from the place where the contract business from a major company was conducting business, and almost all of Viciness are our own brand business.

From basic research to explore the relationship between physical characteristics and impression evaluation, we have all functions in the company, such as developing, mechanical design, design, marketing, sales, and sales. Although it is in order to make the overall optimal, I gradually started doing anything in -house as I tried to eliminate the constraints of work.

In the wireless era, including earphones and headphones, the required technological development has changed.
As described above, we have been growing due to the aggressiveness of changes since the independence of the parent company in 2014.
In the future, we will continue to carry out new initiatives and change flexibly from digital signal processing technology to marketing in the wireless era.
In addition to the earphones and headphones, new businesses based on sounds will be developed.

President's message

We are a small organization with less than 50 employees, but the staff has a wide range of backgrounds, a renowned researcher in the sound world, a new graduate who learned acoustic, a job change group from a major company, and a child -raising blank. Those who have been re -employed, foreign nationals, and former freeters vary.
Many people are unrelated to the audio industry, and not all officers are from the audio industry.
The age, career, and specialized field are different, and the only common thing is curiosity, but I feel that the unity as an organization is strong.
In recent years, it is said that creating a strong organization needs to sympathize with the company's philosophy. But I don't think it can change people.
In the long term, I feel that it can only be moved by that person's incentive.
For us, it seems to be curiosity.
Curiosity is an internal and is generally considered a preferred qualification, but it needs to be suppressed depending on the organization and work content.
It is often the case that stress is increased because of its strong curiosity. Final staff gathered people who are not good at curiosity, so the results of their work vary greatly depending on whether they are demonstrated.
Therefore, my most important job is to design an organization and prepare infrastructure so that it does not restrict the curiosity of employees.
I think that if there is a culture that does not give up on communication, I think that curiosity will be able to work while being aware of the rules of several working styles, so this company that ideal at this company. I want to realize it.
Of course, in parallel, the reality and the company's growth must be realized. But this is not a conflict between ideals and reality.
The biggest problem that restricts curiosity is the lack of funds required to demonstrate curiosity.
It is ideal to get a new opportunity to get a new trial with the funds obtained from the tricks of curiosity, and as long as the company is growing, you can go in a direction that satisfies curiosity.
We believe that we will create an organization that is always conscious that such an ideal cycle and the growth of the company are integrated.
